Our service is designed for individuals experiencing movement restrictions, muscle tension, or reduced function in daily life or training. Using principles inspired by physiotherapy, we help improve mobility, body control, and overall physical performance through hands-on techniques and practical guidance. All services are delivered directly at your location for maximum convenience.

Pricing

Emergency treatment is priced at 1000 DKK per commenced hour.

Any started hour will be charged as a full hour.

The total price depends on:

• Duration of the session
• Time of day (day/evening/night)
• Travel distance

All emergency bookings require full prepayment prior to arrival.
The booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.

Travel Fees

Travel costs are calculated based on distance:

• 0–20 km: free
• 20–50 km: +50 DKK
• 50–100 km: +75 DKK
• 100+ km: agreed individually

Availability

Emergency service is available 24/7, subject to availability.
Priority is given to urgent cases.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made as early as possible.

• Cancellations less than 2 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable
• No-shows are non-refundable

Responsibility & Disclaimer

The service is based on training and movement expertise and does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.

Zach Performance reserves the right to:

• refuse treatment if the condition is outside scope
• refer the client to a doctor or hospital if necessary

All treatment is carried out based on the information provided by the client and is undertaken at the client’s own responsibility.

• Delays due to access or location may affect treatment time
