PRIVATE physiotherapy for the life you actually live.
Understand what is holding you back. Build a way forward.
Pain, recurring problems and physical limitations are rarely experienced in isolation. They are shaped by how you move, work, recover, train, think about your body and adapt to everyday demands.
My role is not simply to give you exercises or treat the painful area. It is to help you understand what may be influencing your situation, identify what can realistically be changed, and build a plan that fits the person you are and the life you actually live.
What is my philosophy?
Why does pain appear? Why does it sometimes disappear, only to return again? Why can the same exercise help one person and do very little for another?
We all live different lives. Some people spend most of the day on their feet. Others sit behind a desk. We sleep differently, move differently, recover differently and experience stress differently. Every day, your nervous system is continuously interpreting information from both your body and your surroundings while adapting to the demands placed on it.
That is why I do not see pain as an isolated problem.
Pain is an experience created by the nervous system when it perceives that something may require protection. Sometimes the reason is relatively clear. Other times, it is the result of many smaller factors accumulating over time.
Your physical capacity, workload, sleep, previous injuries, habits, expectations, stress, training and the way you understand your own body can all influence the situation.
For me, all of those factors matter.
My job is not simply to find the painful area and give you three exercises. It is to understand what may be contributing to your problem, help you make sense of it and identify what can realistically be changed.
Sometimes the answer is surprisingly simple. Sometimes we need to look a little deeper.
The goal is that you leave with more than temporary relief. I want you to understand your body better, feel more confident in what it can handle and have a clearer idea of how to move forward.

Cupping
What is cupping — and does it actually help?
Cupping is a traditional treatment method with roots in Chinese and Middle Eastern medicine. It works by creating negative pressure on the skin and underlying tissue, which can temporarily increase local blood flow and alter how the area feels.
Research suggests that cupping may provide short-term relief for some musculoskeletal pain conditions, particularly complaints such as neck and back pain. The evidence is still mixed, however, and cupping should not be presented as a cure or a replacement for appropriate assessment and rehabilitation.
For example, if you have a tense or painful neck, cupping may help reduce discomfort and create a temporary feeling of release. The important question is what happens afterwards: why did the area become sensitive or tense in the first place, and what can be changed to reduce the chance of it returning?
That is why I use cupping as one tool within a broader physiotherapy approach, rather than as the treatment itself.
30-minute cupping session — 295 DKK
5-session package — 995 DKK

HOW IT WORKS
A clear process, built around you.
What happens when we work together
01 — I want to understand you first
Before I think about treatment, I want to understand what is actually going on in your life. What frustrates you? What are you avoiding because of the problem? What have you already tried? And what would make the biggest difference if your body stopped getting in the way?
02 — We figure it out together
I will examine what is relevant, but I will also explain what I am seeing and thinking along the way. I do not want you to feel like something is simply being “done to you”. You should leave with a better understanding of your body and a clearer idea of what we can do next.
03 — You leave with something useful
After your first consultation, you receive a small
Private Health Kit with a few useful things selected to help you get started. Depending on what you need, this may include simple training equipment, your key priorities and easy access to the exercises or guidance we have chosen together.
Nothing excessive. Just things you will actually use.
04 — You can still reach me afterwards
Questions often come up once I have left and you have had time to try things for yourself.
After your first consultation, you can message me with questions for the following two months at no extra cost. If something feels unclear, an exercise does not feel right, or you simply want to check whether you are on the right track, you are welcome to reach out.
For me, the appointment should not feel like an isolated hour in your week. I want you to feel that you have someone you can ask when you are unsure.
