This is an operational worksheet, not an exercise prescription or a medical screening tool.

  1. Purpose
    What practical change would make the working week easier to navigate? Choose one purpose.
  2. People
    Which team is included? Who might struggle to participate? Make participation voluntary.
  3. Format
    Choose a workshop, guided movement session or recurring practical session. Consider remote colleagues.
  4. Time and place
    Agree protected time, suitable space, equipment and a person responsible for arrangements.
  5. Scope
    Record what is included, who delivers it, the cost and what the service does not cover.
  6. Individual needs
    Provide a route for participants to discuss suitability privately. Do not collect diagnoses in a team spreadsheet.
  7. Review
    Choose a date. Review participation, usefulness and practical barriers. Do not infer a medical or productivity effect from attendance.
  8. Decision
    Continue, adjust or stop. Record the reason and the owner of the next step.
