ZACH / FIELD GUIDE 02
Strength& Cardio.
A complete planning guide.
10 chapters · 4 weeks · One considered plan.
Built for application
You know both matter.
Now make them fit.
For the busy, curious adult.
You want to train with resistance and keep aerobic activity in your week. The difficult part is arranging the work, choosing a starting dose and responding when life changes.
More than another explanation.
The free Insight explains the relationship. This guide adds three worked schedules, an exercise menu, a conditional four-week progression, an editable planner and a reusable review.
The complete edition
Ten chapters. A usable method.
You receive
- The complete self-contained HTML guide: read offline in a modern browser.
- Original diagrams, movement schematics and three evidence cards with source links.
- A four-week foundation with exercises, alternatives and adjustment rules.
- A planning studio with a plain-text export and session-review template.
- Browser print support, a glossary and optional reading-progress ticks.
Clear boundaries
For adults comfortable with independent exercise. Not a rehabilitation or race-specific programme. Personal assessment, coaching and clinical treatment are not included.
Edition 1.0 is yours to keep after a future one-time purchase. Future paid editions and ongoing online access are not promised. Source links need internet access; the guide and planner work offline.

From chapter 4
“A missed session does not create debt. Do not automatically stack missed work onto the next day. Look at the remaining week. Keep the priority session, remove a supporting session if necessary, and resume the pattern.”
From chapter 6
If week one fits, change one thing in week two: perhaps a set, perhaps a few aerobic minutes. If it does not fit, repeat or reduce. The calendar is not a command to advance.

Does cardio cancel strength?
A review of 43 studies compared combined training with the same strength prescription alone. Average differences were small for maximal strength and muscle size; explosive-strength gains were lower with combined training, particularly within the same session.
Use it carefully: this supports combining the two for many purposes. It does not prove that all schedules are equivalent or fatigue is irrelevant. The trials involved supervised healthy adults; an individual response cannot be predicted from a group average.
Try a small planning question.
Keep the purpose; shorten the supporting work. Write the smaller version before the busy day arrives.
A sample prompt, not a personalised recommendation. The full studio adds your schedule, dose arithmetic, fallback and four-week review export.
Before you choose.
Why pay when Insights are free?
The free Strength and Cardio Insight remains complete. The paid edition is an application kit: schedules, progression, alternatives, planner and review. Read the free explanation first if that answers your question.
What happens after purchase?
When sales open, a confirmed one-time payment will provide the downloadable guide and an emailed access receipt. The downloaded edition works without membership. Purchasing is currently closed; no order or charge can be created here.
Who created it?
ZACH is the practice of Zacharias Razvi, final-semester physiotherapy student. The guide distinguishes published evidence from original examples. It has not been tested as a clinical intervention.
What if I need individual help?
Personal guidance is a separate service. Explore online guidance or Private Health.
